TForm – Warranty Policy

At TrainTrue, we stand behind the quality and durability of the TForm training aid. Each unit is engineered to perform through regular practice conditions. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request support.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Target Lock Golf, LLC warrants that the TForm product will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of:

1 year from the date of original purchase

If a defect arises during normal intended use and the product is deemed defective by our team, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or

  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit, or

  • Offer a reasonable alternative if the exact product is no longer available

There is no charge for warranty service for valid claims.

Proof of purchase is required.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies only to defects that occur under normal, intended use, such as:

  • Manufacturing flaws

  • Material defects

  • Structural failures not caused by misuse

  • Any defect present at the time of production

This warranty applies only to TForm units purchased directly from:

  • TrainTrue.golf

  • Target Lock Golf, LLC

  • Authorized retailers

  • Amazon listings operated by Target Lock Golf, LLC

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Impact from golf clubs

– Hitting the TForm with a golf club
– Swinging into it accidentally
– Any breakage due to misuse on the range

Misuse or improper setup

– Using TForm for purposes not intended
– Bending, crushing, or forcefully altering the product
– Using excessive pressure or force during insertion onto alignment sticks

Wear and tear

– Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, fading, or normal deterioration
– Damage caused by extreme heat, cold, or environmental exposure

Third-party modifications

– Altering the product
– Using non-standard alignment sticks resulting in stress or breakage

Loss, theft, or accidental damage

If the product breaks due to an impact, accident, or misuse, it is not eligible for warranty replacement.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, email our support team at:

Include:

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number or proof of purchase

  3. Photo(s) clearly showing the issue

  4. Short description of how the issue occurred

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and provide next steps.

If approved, replacements typically ship within 7–10 business days.

Customer Responsibilities

By using the TForm product, you agree to:

  • Use the product only as intended (alignment + setup training)

  • Avoid using TForm in any position where it may be struck by a club

  • Monitor wear and discontinue use if structural damage is visible

  • Follow all safety and usage instructions

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Target Lock Golf, LLC is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages

  • Our total liability for any claim under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have additional rights under applicable law

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
